Terms of Service

Effective Date: 2025/6/1

Welcome to ECW3, a decentralized e-commerce protocol built on Web3 technologies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ECW3 protocol, including all associated smart contracts, websites, dApps, and governance mechanisms operated under the ECW3 ecosystem ("ECW3" or the "Protocol").

By accessing or using ECW3, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Protocol.

  • Quadratic or time-weighted voting on certain issues
  • Reputation-based scoring for sensitive proposals (e.g., disputes)

Users are solely responsible for the impact and consequences of their governance actions.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, ECW3 contributors and developers disclaim any liability for direct or indirect losses incurred through the use of the Protocol, including but not limited to token losses, economic damage, or governance decisions.
